Praying for Layla Grace... Sweet Child of God

Shanna's (Layla's Mom) latest update: "Layla is still hanging on. Her breathing is labored & she hasn't woken up in about 12 hours. She is resting peacefully & not in pain at the moment. I'm pretty sure she saw her angels today. She kept looking up at the ceiling smiling."

Thank you father, for the comfort found in Your presence. Lord God, send Layla Grace Marsh your peace, the peace that passes all understanding. Layla's journey has been an incredible testament of Faith and I praise You for this sweet child!

"One day when it's all said and done, I hope you see that it was enough. This one ride, one try, one life to love."

Believing God for a Miracle!

Update on Sweet Layla Grace

PRAY, PLEASE PRAY!! Layla Grace is having a tough morning & her breathing is even softer. She is becoming weaker, but is holding on (like the fighter she is) to celebrate Jenna's (her Sister) 9th Birthday today!

Lord, I know that in one way or the other, you will heal Sweet Layla Grace and my prayer is that You surround this family with your everlasting love & give them the strength & comfort needed to get through this inconceivably difficult time. Amen!

"Everlasting, Your light will shine when all else fades..."

I am thankful for all the people in the Facebook World & Blog Land that have taken notice and are praying for this precious family. Please click on the site below and find it in your heart to bless The Marsh Family.

Lord, do not let us waiver and doubt as we watch and wait, lead us to do so in Faith!!

Keep Praying for Sweet Layla Grace!

Please, Please say a prayer for Layla Grace. The Good News: Her PICC line is working. The Bad News: The Doctors have found a new tumor in her liver. Her Mother's latest updates states "The signs are showing; declining heart rate & breathing. Unless God has a miracle in store, we are a day or two of the end.". Dear God, Please save this Sweet Child!!

As I sit here & lift Layla Grace up in prayer, I cannot get John 11:25 out of my head. Lord, I pray that if this is the end of Layla's Earthly body and the beginning of her Heavenly one, that you surround her family with the love & strength needed to get through this most difficult time. I will not stop praying for Layla's Miracle & I will continue to believe that You ARE the Ultimate Healer!

Our Hope Endures
By: Natalie Grant

You would think only so much can go wrong
Calamity only strikes once
And you assume this one has suffered her share
Life would be kinder from here

How do we comprehend peace within pain?
Or joy at a good man's wake?
Walk a mile with the woman whose body is racked,
With illness, oh how can she laugh?

But our Hope endures, the worst of conditions
It's more than our optimism
Let the earth quake,
Our Hope is unchanged

We never walk alone
And this is our hope

Praying for Layla Grace

Sweet Layla Grace.... Pray for healing in this precious baby girl's body!

She is fighting cancer and has been given weeks to live. May God Bless the Marsh family in their time of need.

Layla Grace Marsh was baptized yesterday at home and they sang Jesus Loves Me! I have no doubt that God is smiling down from Heaven. This family has shown such grace and dignity in their time of suffering. They are an inspiration to all!

Her life and future is now in God's hands, so please join with me in prayer for this child of God.

He is the ultimate healer!

You can follow Layla Grace's story as well by clicking on the link below. I encourage each of you to take the time to read the latest blog entry, it will forever change your life.

EVERY Little Girl MUST Have This!

Glitter Playdough!!

It's GLITTER playdough! Don't you think the little girls would go CrAzY for this?? I know I did!!
You can find the recipe at Just Deanna.....or I posted it below!

4 C all purpose flour
2 C non-iodized salt
4 C water
8 tsp cream of tartar
4 tbsp cooking oil
Craft Glitter & Food Coloring**

Cook and stir on med-low until it forms. Careful not to burn. If coloring, mix food coloring in water first. When cooled down, knead dough and put in sealed container. To add glitter just use craft glitter and knead into dough. Keep adding glitter til it is as 'sparkly' as you desire. This recipe makes a ton. She got 7 individual containers out of less than half.
**You can make his for Little Boys too!! Just add BLUE food coloring instead!!
So MUCH FuN!!

"I'm Sorry"... It CAN be easy to say!

Let's face it... Although we would like it to be, marriage can't always be lovey-dovey. Most of the time, marriage will be incredibly amazing; however, there WILL be those times where you make each other so stinkin' mad.

Things will be said that shouldn't be said and an apology will be in order. "I'm Sorry" is never easy to say and the words do not always come naturally (yes, even for me!). So, look to these creative ways to express your apology.

I just love these ideas!!

In fact, I might just look for a reason to make my honey mad, so that I can try a few! ;-)
